In-stock products normally ship from our EU warehouse within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. EU delivery normally takes 1–7 business days after dispatch, with tracking details sent after dispatch. For pre-orders, check the estimated date on the product page. Shipping protection is included; contact us about missing or damaged parcels. Checkout shows any applicable shipping charges.

Our additional offer lets you request a return for an eligible new product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Opening the packaging or checking the product is allowed. Return the same product supplied, with its original packaging, accessories and gifts, without customer-caused scratches, dirt or damage. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility. These conditions do not restrict statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights.

Eligible new PCs, workstations and NAS products bought directly from this store on or after 9 March 2026 have a 24-month commercial warranty. For covered faults, we arrange repair or replacement, including necessary round-trip shipping. Eligible EU customers can use our service centre in Germany after contacting us for return instructions. Warranty terms and exclusions apply; out-of-warranty repair is quoted separately.

For products purchased from our EU Store, our team provides lifetime technical guidance for setup, drivers, troubleshooting and product use. Contact support@minisforumstore.com with your order number and model. This service is separate from the commercial hardware warranty: it does not extend the warranty period or include free out-of-warranty hardware repairs, parts or shipping. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
